WELCOME 

       Hello and welcome to my web site. 

 

Writing is my life-long passion. As a kid, I tortured my siblings with my writing and directing of annual plays. Starting with a pad of paper, then moving to an orange Smith Corona typewriter, and now to my trusty laptop, I have always enjoyed the puzzle of finding the right word, phrase or plot twist. So far, my works are both non-fiction and fiction. I have published two books and numerous articles, short stories, manuals and editorials in the legal, travel, science fiction, and mystery genres. I blog at Bridges’ Blog and contribute small business educational content to nolo.com and blog articles about local events and business profiles at golojax.com.

 

My legal mystery, Deadly Sacrifices, set in Boston, won a 2012 Royal Palm Literary Awards (2d place, mystery unpublished) from the Florida Writers Association. My underwater fantasy novel, Bridles of Poseidon, was also selected as finalist in the 2012 Royal Palm Literary Awards Competition.  I live and teach in Jacksonville, FL. Enjoy exploring the site and thanks for stopping by.
